Legacy Quoting Tool · last updated 9 September 2026

The Legacy Quoting Tool is a private working tool used by a licensed health-insurance broker and the agents on that broker's team. It is not a consumer product and it is not open to the public. This policy explains what the tool does with information, and in particular what it does with your Google account if you choose to connect one.

The short version

Who is responsible

The tool is operated by Billy Ballut, a licensed health-insurance broker. Questions about this policy, or a request to delete information, can be sent to billy.insurancesolutions@gmail.com.

What the tool holds

Google account information

Connecting a Google account is entirely optional. The tool works fully without it. If you do connect one, it asks Google for two things only:

What this means in practice:

Legacy Quoting Tool's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Withdrawing Google access

You can disconnect at any time, and you do not need to ask anyone. Open your Google account permissions, find Legacy Quoting Tool, and remove it. The tool can then read nothing further from your calendar and can write nothing to it.

Health information

Preparing a quote sometimes means typing sensitive details — a condition, a prescription, a doctor's name. Those details are handled under one firm rule: they are never sent to an outside artificial-intelligence service. The assistant inside the tool that reads them runs locally, on the same computer. General questions that carry no client detail may be answered by an outside service; client detail never is.

Who else sees anything

Nobody outside the broker's own team. There are no advertisers, no data brokers and no analytics companies receiving quote content. The tool uses Cloudflare to serve its pages and to hold accounts and access records, and Google to provide calendar access if you connect it. Those are service providers, not audiences.

How long things are kept

Account records are kept while you have access and are removed when the broker withdraws it. Quote details typed in the browser stay on your own computer until you clear them. Calendar information is not retained at all — it is read for display and discarded.

Children

The tool is for licensed agents at work. It is not directed at children and no account is issued to anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone with an account is told before the change takes effect.
